Why would you schedule a meeting in Claras (given you already use Microsoft + Calendly)?
Claras doesn't replace your calendar. It adds a layer of intelligence to your meetings. When a meeting is scheduled and recorded via Claras:
- It automatically links to the correct client.
- It transcribes and distils the conversation into a detailed file note.
- It drafts a compliant client email and suggested actions, all ready to review.
- It builds a live, intelligent profile of the client over time.
This workflow saves hours after each meeting and standardises documentation across the practice.
Outlook calendar integration is coming soon.
What if meetings are face to face?
Face-to-face meetings are captured with Claras using your laptop or tablet. There's a built-in recorder that captures and transcribes in-person conversations the same way as a virtual one.
If recording directly in Claras isn’t possible (e.g. meeting at a café), you can use any recording app and upload the audio into Claras for processing.
Where does the data go after a meeting, and how secure is Claras?
- Once the meeting is finished:
- Claras redacts client PII and sends to AI for processing.
- Data is stored securely in Australia, with end-to-end encryption and strict access controls.
- The raw audio and transcript are optionally deleted as per your data retention policy.
- Claras is SOC 2 compliant and is a CPAL Approved Provider.
- Logins require MFA to access.
- View our Trust Centre for security policies and posture.
