To create document templates in your Claras account:

  1. Click into Templates > Documents

  2. Click Browse library > Create my own

  3. Paste the instructions into the description

  4. Click Generate template

Create an SOA Request template that captures key details from adviser-client meetings to support paraplanner requests. 
Include the following fields:
	•	Meeting name
	•	Meeting date
	•	Adviser

	•	Meeting attendees
	•	Meeting type
	•	Next meeting date
	•	Next meeting type
	•	Adviser action items
	•	Client action items
	•	Documents presented
	•	Scope of advice
	•	Key strategies
	•	Client goals and objectives
	•	Assets and liabilities
	•	Cashflow needs
	•	Investments
	•	Risk profile
	•	Insurance
	•	Estate planning
	•	Fees

How-To: File Note templates

To use File Note templates in in your Claras account:

  1. Copy the contents of one of the templates (use the copy button at the top of the block)
  2. In Claras, click into Templates > Meetings
  3. Duplicate any existing template using the 3-dot menu on the right hand side
  4. Rename the template - eg. Initial Meeting (v1)
